-Take as many disposable items as possible
kleenex packets are divine - small shampoo bottles, wipes, hand sanitizer.
throw things away along the way and you have more room for bought items.

-take clothes that dry fast
sometimes you have to do laundry in the sink in our hostels, and they visit the laundry mat about once a week.

-pack light and easy, stay organized in your suitcase.
-get and stay in shape, learn how to keep yourself hydrated.
-start spending money wisely, you do not want to run out of money.
-you will spend about half your money on food, emotionally prepare yourself for this now.
-learn about the culture of the cities that we go to so we are not disrespectiful. We represent a country, school, and most importantly, a religion.
-learn important phrases (where are the bathrooms, is this eatable, help me, dont hate me because im an american etc)
